Do you have any other resources to add?  Are you a health blogger? Please add anything, below!

  1. I am a wife, mom of three little girls, part-time engineer, and Beachbody fitness coach. I do monthly fitness challenges and would love to help you reach your health and fitness goals!!!! Visit my page for lots of fitness tips and clean recipes!!

  2. Awww, thanks for the link! :D I started using the Nike running app a couple of months ago and love it! Even more when I get in the car and forget to complete my run. I’m so much faster that way. Lol!

  3. Christi Budelman says:

I am a work from home Mom of two girls and am an Independent Advisor with AdvoCare. A friend of mine and I have started a women’s group called Winter Shred, that is making it possible for women to gather at a home or through our Facebook group page and connect to hold each other accountable on our journeys to get fit and healthy this year. We will have a new life health challenge each week, a workout time and have two different meal plans to work from. Most importantly though is the connecting with each other and the accountability this brings. Lastly with the core nutrition and supplements from AdvoCare, and their 24 Day Challenge, we are all on our way to slimming down and feeling great while doing it. If this sounds like something for you message me through Facebook and we will get you started on your journey!

  4. Nancy Silvers says:

I read and did the “Made to Crave” Bible study last January and for the first time in many years I ended the year lighter and more spiritually fit than when the year started…20 lbs lighter. I highly recommend it. I also use Spark People…it has so many eye opening resources.

    • Nancy, you should come join our Sparkpeople Peak 313 Challenge Group! This group, along with Clare’s blog, has been instrumental in changing from my view from this being a physical journey to a spiritual journey.

  5. Iowa Girl Eats has great workouts that I use and enjoy as well.

  6. Great companies already listed on here!! I’m a mom of 2 active girls, an accountant and an Herbalife Independent Distributor. I have helped over 80 people lose over 1320 pounds doing our Weight Loss Challenges. Each challenge is different as we work around school and our life schedules. Challenges can be anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks long. It’s fun to see people in the grocery store and they run up to you and say “look in my cart, I have healthy choices!!” :) I also do personal, customized coaching as well. We do have shakes and supplements, but our focus is on living a healthy, active lifestyle.
In addition to our own products and 24Fit DVD program, I use P90X, Insanity and Asylum, Fusion Fitness’s Dream Body, and I run A TON!! LOL! I love the Endomondo app for tracking my runs.
Thank you, Clare, for your blog. I love it! Follow me here: http://www.facebook.com/freezefusion and here: http://www.facebook.com/cindyfreesmeyer

  7. I like the book above Living like Jesus. Thanks for sharing

  8. I’ve been blogging for about 15 years. In 2011 I decided to become healthier and lost 80lbs – in that change I started sharing my experience with learning to cook, how to stay motivated, how to help your family become healthier, started challenges, and more.

One of my favorite apps is MyFitnessPal – it is amazing and so easy to use. This year I just got my husband started using it.
