Living and Active: FINAL CHECKPOINT
This is it! Your final checkpoint! I am so proud of those of you who have stayed with us the whole 5 weeks!
Be sure to check in your last time. You have until Sunday, October 21st to get this last checkin completed. After that, I will be able to find out who is eligible for the GRAND PRIZE, then choose (randomly!) the winner! YAY!
If you can’t see the form, click here.
If you have a blog, be sure to enter a post on how you did this past week. It’s been great reading your thoughts! (Yes, I do read them even if you don’t get a comment from me!) I also know that it has encouraged many of the other participants!
I’ll give you all the details about where our participants came from, how many we had and some success stories next week, so please be on the lookout.
I know the next question that will be coming from many of you…now what?! Clare–you got me exercising consistently and now you are taking away any incentive to keep at it?! What do you recommend?
GREAT question! I will be addressing that in a blog post this week so be on the lookout!!
If you haven’t been a regular follower of Peak313 before this challenge, I hope that you stick around! I’ll roll back into my normal schedule of posting with more exercises, videos, recipes, tips and more! We’ve got Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas right around the corner so you will need that motivation and encouragement to get you through!

Thank you, Clare, for the great challenge, for all your hard work, and for your accountability and encouragement!
Thanks for being my personal trainer even though we’ve never met. I enjoyed the accountability for both fitness and scripture memorization. I pray the Lord increases your territory.
In His Grip,
Monica

Thank you so much for this challenge!!! Awesome experience of memorizing scripture for the 1st time. This challenge gave me the push to step out of my comfort zone, deal with my fear (though it’s still there a little). There is a ladies only area in the gym I go to to work out but it doesn’t have all the equipment I used with the trainer, so it was a big step for me to go to the general area. I do tend to go when most people work so it’s less crowded. Also started to use the gyms in the hotels we stay at for the first time.
I didn’t manage to complete 4 days of work out in the final week. A stomach flu kept me up several nights in a row. It’s been a quite a while since I’ve been this sick and sore. I couldn’t concentrate on any reading. Luckily I’m recovering well so although the challenge might be over, my work out days aren’t!
Thank you so much for the challenge. The scripture included has been a great daily meditation!
Thanks for the encouragement on my blog! I’m looking forward to more challenges ahead!
Clare,
Will you be doing the challenge again soon? New to your blog but this is just what I need! Thanks!
