Recipe: Oatmeal Coconut Breakfast Smoothie
The school year is coming which means busy mornings! Here’s a great breakfast option for you or your kids that my friend Leslie makes. I like to combine this with a hard boiled egg to sustain me through the morning. Both are easy to grab and go!
Feel free to mix up the milks, fruit and measurements you use!
Oatmeal Coconut Breakfast Smoothie
♦ 1/4 cup dry oats (any kind will do)
♦ 1 cup milk (I use unsweetened vanilla almond/coconut)
♦ 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
♦ 3-4 frozen Peach slices (fresh work too!)
♦ 3-4 fresh Strawberries (frozen work too!)
♦ 1 tbl chia seeds
♦ 1-2 tbl unsweetened coconut
Add all in a blender and whip it up!
